These terms govern your use of rointellia.com. Service engagements are additionally governed by an individual written contract, which prevails over this page.
All content on this site — design, text, code, graphics, the "Signal Architecture" visual system and the RIA assistant — is the property of RoIntelliA SRL unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. RoIntelliA® is a registered EU trademark (EUIPO).
Figures shown by the on-site configurator or mentioned by the RIA assistant are indicative planning references only and do not constitute a binding offer. Binding quotes are issued in writing after a scoping conversation.
RIA is an AI-powered assistant provided to help you shape a request. Its replies are generated automatically and may contain errors; they are not professional, legal or financial advice, and are not contractually binding. Do not enter sensitive personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
Services are delivered under an individual written agreement governed by Romanian law. RoIntelliA is a non-VAT-registered operator under the special regime (Art. 317). For intra-community B2B services, the reverse-charge mechanism applies: invoices are issued without VAT and the business customer accounts for VAT in its own country where applicable.
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale against our robots policy, overload the service, or use the RIA assistant for unlawful purposes.
The site is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and — to the extent permitted by law — we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by these terms. See our Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights page.
These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU law where applicable. Individual service contracts specify their own jurisdiction.
